Terrible service. Slowly, the person shuffled and looked like a teenager on the way to school when I requested service. To make the experience worse, the saltenha I ordered took a long time to arrive, it was cold and pale. Appearance worse than bus station snacks at the end of the day. I was treated very badly by an employee, I complained that I had taken two bottles of water and was being charged for three and she didn't accept it and came to the table pointing to the floor that there was a bottle there. This bottle was in the hand of a child from a year and it had just fallen on the floor. Before that we ordered a sun-dried tomato pie to share between two people and the same employee left a plate on the table without cutlery I asked who the manager was and went to her to complain, but I thought they needed a more competent manager.
