Characteristic place on the seafront of Catanzaro Lido, wonderful welcome and availability from the dining room staff even to find us a place without any reservation. Good amazes but the lion's part makes it, an excellent dough and many varieties to try. We were largely satisfied. The quality of the food attracts a lot of people, therefore a long booking list and a lot of people in the place which leads to some lightness in the service and transforms the place into a noisy environment. Very nice and well-kept place, I would say good and pleasant food, terrible service! For the service alone it could deserve a 0 rating. Starting from the welcome, 0, as if they were doing us a favor that we went for dinner. After we ordered the appetizer which arrived very quickly, for the sandwich we even waited more than 1 hour, the table next to us who arrived later were already consuming the dessert. It's clear that in this place, at least for those who work in the dining room service, there are favorite customers, and that's true, but in a place like this one would expect the minimum, zero attention for those who are not known or not regulars so much so that the sandwich arrived we had dinner (by now also due to hunger) and got up. None of the waiters cared about our table or how the dinner was going, not even offering dessert, much less coffee. It's a shame about the place and the good food, but clothes don't make the man.
