This food truck was such a fun find! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors were incredible. The meat was perfectly tender, and the presentation was adorable. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. The owner was so kind and welcoming. I would definitely come here again — the 5-star rating is well deserved! Dude, I’m not even kidding when I say this is the best thing we’ve eaten in a LONG time. We had the carne asada and the pollo asado, and both of them were soooooo good! (The pollo was my favorite of the two). The food was made fresh to order in about 10 minutes, and the gentleman working was extremely nice! The verde sauce was seriously the best verde I’ve ever had- not spicy at all and full of flavor. The rojo sauce was very spicy but delicious! It’s rare to get food from a new-to-us place where everything is a 10/10, and literally everything was 10/10 here and we will be back very soon to try the other things on the menu! Thank you so much!
