I found the service to be very comparable to other table service restaurants. Staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. Food was delicious and well portioned (more than I could eat). Service was fast with entrée being served in 5-10min and mains following quickly after. Desserts looked mouthwatering, though sadly I was too full to partake but will return for sure.

Things must be improving... .... Things must be improving...
We sat down and were greeted by friendly, helpful staff and took a seat. It wasn't until after we ordered that I saw the reviews on US and I can honestly say that things must be changing. Our young waiter was polite and well spoken and couldn't do enough to help. Our entree's were perfectly cooked and so were our mains. On the table within 20mins. I enjoyed our time here and will be back again.

Stop complaining. I don't understand what everyone's issues are. If you get a cold coffee, ask for it be remade. If you don't have menu's, make sure staff know you are there, if you see your food sitting there, make sure you let the nearest person know. Ask peeople to cook your eggs the right way, ask for drinkks (waitresses are not mind readers)... and if you don't have them then obviously there is a line up and you are at the end of it. Don't expect to pop out for a quick lunch at a place that is table service during peak lunch times and expect to get meals straight away. During the week there would only be 2 people out the front and 1-2 people out the back, so how does anyone expect to get stuff straight away. You don't order meals and they just magically appear. Nor in a place that has a low budget could you possibly expect to have 1000 staff on. No one is entitled to have their meals and drinks made first unless they are at the front of the line, so jist be patient.
