I visited "Hiroshima Yaki Toshi". It's an okonomiyaki restaurant, but it's Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. Since it was the weekend, the table seats were filled with groups of customers enjoying alcohol and customers with reservations, so I sat at the counter seats for the first time. On a large iron plate, heaps of cabbage are stir-fried until tender, and fishmeal is used abundantly on the thinly grilled dough that is unique to Hiroshima-yaki. You can feel the sweetness of the cabbage and the aroma of the fishmeal in this very delicious Hiroshima-yaki. "Soba" with "soba" is thin noodles, so it's easy to eat.
