The restaurant has a unique concept of a small bar with only 10 seats, allowing guests to watch the chef, Toshi, and his team work in harmony together to create a fantastic tasting menu. The menu consists of a mix of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, creating a unique fusion of flavors and textures. The dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The price is a bit high but worth it for the quality of the food and the experience. Highly recommended!

This intimate gem offers just 10 seats with a single seating at 9pm, creating an exclusive, front-row seat to culinary artistry. We were lucky enough to share the evening with a fantastic group of fellow diners, which turned the experience into a festive dinner party that felt more like dining at a friend’s home than a restaurant. The food was nothing short of spectacular—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Every course was a visual masterpiece, bursting with unexpected flavors that pushed the boundaries of traditional cuisine. Toshie delivers an immersive adventure that will leave you in awe. Had such an amazing dining experience at Toshi restaurant! Loved everything about it: the food, the creativity, the people and seeing up close the way that these amazing chefs were preparing these dishes. My favorite dish was the rice with crispy eal and broth of snails; a nod to both Valencian paella and Japanese rice soup. Very authentic food that I wouldn’t be able to eat anywhere else in the world but here. I’m definitely coming back here when visiting Valencia again.
