Some visitors like delicious ale at Total. It's time to degustate good coffee. Clients don't highly appreciate sausages at this place.

Terrific employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. A number of people mark that the service is prompt. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the reasonable prices as guests state. This spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

On 26 April 2026, I used the TotalEnergies service station at A4 Frechen Süd and paid for a shower service. After payment, I was told I could only receive the shower key if I either handed over my passport as a deposit or paid an extra €20. No clear information about this was provided beforehand. Let me be very direct: requiring a passport as “collateral” in a commercial transaction is highly questionable and, in my view, unacceptable. A passport is not a deposit item. I would like TotalEnergies to publicly clarify: * Is this an official company policy? * Is it normal practice across your stations in Germany? * How is this compatible with EU consumer protection standards? Posting this here so there is full transparency, because this experience does not reflect what one would expect from a major international brand.

The bathroom is terrible. There is no ventilation, I am an asthmatic and I felt sick when I entered. Water is dripping from the ceiling and the door is all wet from water vapor. The whole bathroom smells like urine. Do not bathe here unless absolutely necessary.
