Whilst the fuel pumps functioned, it was mandated to pay before hand at the register in the attached building. The lady behind the register was shockingly rude and pretended to not understand our french, which though not being fully proficient should definitely have delivered the message concerning the possibilities for foreigners to make use of the government provided discount on fuel. Overall bad experience, considering we also did not get all the fuel we paid for...
