I recommend that you make a reservation as it will be difficult to be seated otherwise. The women of Touseian are truly masters of their craft. Each bite is to be savored. My mouth was happy from start to finish. They are able to provide a fine dining experience in an unpretentious way. It was a privilege to eat here.
