I go to this place almost daily, as I have no other options nearby, and I must say it is disappointing. The food is overpriced, the staff do not know the ingredients of the dishes, and are not professional enough to clearly tell customers whether there are any onions in it, also there are no labels on the packaged food :/ The sandwiches are also mushy and often not fresh, and for that price it is very frustrating. I really hope you will get things together and start offering a service corresponding to the price. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We have just started our journey and are working hard to improve, currently there are already labels on products where you can familiarize yourself with their composition. Regarding the cost - our priority is the quality of products, so accordingly we will not be tempted to choose the cheapest option. Of course, human errors are possible, but we are always very open to solving them on the spot. We sincerely hope that next time you will have an enjoyable experience.
