Best omurice and katsudon in my life!!!! It’s hidden up the stairs along this famous strip, just look for the sign that says Toyo and walk up the stairs and be greeted by friendly team of 2 and a retro 1980s vibe. Food is sooooo good please come try Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
