I realize that, for the most part, excellent customer service is part of the Trader Joe's Brand, but I feel like this location sets the standard for what other stores in the area adhere to. Going into this store, I am always consistently met by wonderful people who truly seem to care about their work and making our day a bit better. I was in there a few weeks ago to buy some plants and flowers, take my aunt to the store, etc. Was feeling a little bad, holidays, bleh, but their genuine 'We're positive, but not toxically-so' customer service methods really cheered me up. Also, the flowers and plants were a hit, so I highly recommend anyone who's looking for fresh flowers and plants to try this location first. Thanks again, Mates and Crew, for such wonderful experiences!

Sliding through during the hours of people getting off from work and it’s always a jungle inside Trader Joe’s. I’m in and out cause it’s easy to find what I came there for. Even if I couldn’t find an item , the TJ team associates will gladly and kindly help direct you to where it’s located inside the store. Checkout was a breeze. The parking lot is as much of a jungle as the TJ’s grocery store.
