Tradición specializes in Ecuadorian comfort food in a great atmosphere. In my two visits, I was impressed w/ the professional service, the tasty (& abundant amounts of) food and the classic dining experience (somewhat formal but not overly so). On the first visit, we had arróz con camarones y ceviche. On the second, we ordered pechuga de pollo, alitas, & mote con chicharrón. The servings are large so come hungry.
