For context, the person you referred to was simply enjoying his day off as part of a small family celebration outside, on a deliberately quiet day. The gathering had been pre-arranged and paid for in advance, so naturally we had an obligation to cater for everyone included in the booking, just as we would for any other customer or group. As the manager, I was personally present and can assure you the gathering was neither excessively loud nor inappropriate, and the indoor area where you dined remained peaceful. Had the gathering genuinely affected your experience, our team would have happily addressed any concerns at the time.
