Food was subpar. Ordered the Woody Guthrie and after a few bites it felt like something was missing. Realized from the menu that they forgot the lettuce and tomato. Worker said the Italian Express had black olives, they were green. DIL doesn’t like green ones. Wouldn’t have ordered it. Much of the pretzel was overheated because it was hard crusty bread, not soft. Beer cheese tasted like it was out of a can. Not impressed overall. Won’t be back. Wanted to love this but was disappointed by food quality. French Dip sandwich was all mayo and 2 slices of deli meat- inedible. Salad dressing was poor- daughter had to eat it without any dressing. Service was slow - over 20 mins with no crowds or lines. Hoping it improves- was looking forward to healthy option at Icehouse. Ordered a Matcha latte, and the “barista” made me a coffee TWO TIMES. the second time she insisted it was a matcha until i said “no, the green one” only then did she make the matcha. it tasted good, but i waited over 30 minutes. maybe train the baristas to know what’s on the menu.
