Very bad and unprofessional experience. We ordered only 5 shishas, and this was clearly listed at the beginning of the bill, but an extra shisha was added at the end without our request — which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about billing practices. We paid the full amount, then were surprised when a staff member came back asking for additional payment. This behavior is questionable and reflects poor oversight and a lack of integrity. Management needs to address this immediately, as such practices damage the reputation of the business and destroy customer trust. Price per person: SAR 100–120 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
