My recent visit to the Trapiche Bar at the Saccharum Hotel was quite disappointing. From the outset, it was unclear where and with whom to place orders, leading to confusion. The staff often ignored us, despite our efforts to get their attention. Even with few customers, the wait times were excessively long, and after a lengthy wait, our drinks never arrived. To make matters worse, the staff didnât even offer an apology for the delays or the unserved drinks. Overall, the service needs significant improvement to meet the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber. Price per person: âŹ20â25 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service. Average food. Great location and atmosphere. Waited an hour for our food which was over priced and very average. Also got orders on surrounding tables wrong and everyone waited far too long for any form of service - menus, order taking, drinks and food. Do not waste your time or money. Price per person: âŹ45â50 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Pleasant place, nice atmosphere and decent food. But that's about it for the positive. The rest does not reflect the standard of the Saccharum: Service is a disaster: friendly but disorganized. You can wait 20 mi Utes before someone notices you... (I had to get to the manager for my order to be taken) Ridiculous waiting time until food is served: 50min for 2 pizzas and some sandwiches. Lastly: overpriced First and last time we are having lunch there. Price per person: âŹ25â30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
