Very nice location, clean place, fast precise service, the people who work there are very kind, helpful and nice. The food is excellent and the fish fresh. The choice of wines is very varied. Very abundant dishes and normal spending. Excellent restaurant, recommended. Arriving on a festive Wednesday in November in Alghero with a force 1000 wind after a wake-up call at 3:00am+flight+intense day on foot to visit the city and exhausted, instead finding the friendliness and welcome of the dining room staff at Trattoria Marco Polo and the excellent cuisine of the chef who prepared two excellent first courses, one with burrata and bottarga and the other with pappardelle with clams, which refreshed and satisfied us in body and soul, together with a good bottle of Sardinian Vermentino. To finish, a delicious Catalan cream and a warm chocolate cake. Excellent value for money, absolutely worth trying!
