Excellent trattoria, typical Ligurian, the first courses are very good with particular reference to the low-fat tortelli and the pansotti in walnut sauce. Excellent starters with quality cured meats and Italian production, good hot farinata. The second courses are excellent, I like the Ligurian cod. The house wine, a gutturnio, is really very good. Prices are more than honest and on average lower than the average for the area. Good service. The only downside is the parking, if you arrive late it's difficult to find. Definitely worth a visit. This is truly a place out of time, old-fashioned trattoria where they are disappearing here in Milan, and here in Liguria after a climb in the car, given that the place is located just below the Sanctuary of Mont'Allegro and you have to climb a lot on the level sea to find Trattoria Rosa but when you arrive the magic begins, a table with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Tigulio, if you book, let yourself be placed here, then I recommend their spectacular home-made first courses, the Ravioli Al Ragù and Pansotti with walnut sauce, the excellent and plentiful baked rabbit and good homemade desserts and accompanied by an excellent house wine. Worth noting is the courtesy and professionalism of Geremia and Alice, fantastic room managers who pamper each table with passion. Four of us with a taste of their capricious salad, four first courses, four second courses with side dishes, a sweet water and house red wine € 70 ..
