Good evening, unfortunately after ordering from them several times, I am forced to review the pizzeria in a negative way. Every time I order pizzas, they always arrive with few toppings, even though I pay for them separately and secondly but not least, the delivery driver never goes up to the floor, doesn't even say hello, therefore truly poor quality and service. From today onwards, despite paying more, I will no longer buy from them, so let's keep the discounts, that's all that's positive about them, but for the rest I strongly advise you against buying from them. I feel sorry for you, you are a repeat customer and something bad happened to you that is beyond our control. All I can tell you is that the delivery guys we are unable to monitor.

I ordered a kebab menu and a second kebab sandwich - one without sauces but complete (because I'm allergic to sauces) and the other just bread and meat (because the other person can't eat green leafy vegetables and is allergic to tomatoes). I called the restaurant to make sure they prepared everything without adding sauces or vegetables and repeating several times what I needed. Two full sandwiches arrived because they obviously didn't listen to my request. In addition to this, the chips, stored together with the can, arrived frozen and when I pointed this out to them, I was told that it was my fault for having ordered from too far away (1.6 km) and not them who are offering to deliver at the expense of the quality of food. I called the restaurant back and they don't intend to redo the order (which they made wrong) and which I now have to throw away because we can't eat the sandwiches. It's a shame. 14 euros wasted. You are absolutely right, due to work pressure, the order was involuntarily replaced and we have already apologized to you. We would have liked to correct the mistake by sending you the correct order, but you were very angry with us and said: “I don't want anything” and ended the call. We are truly sorry for what happened.
