I came down here for my sons birthday, All the kids and myself walked into the pool and I was told I needed to exit the pool to go back to sign a waiver . Which is fine I get that . I went out to the desk to sign the waiver and when I come back into the pool the group of boys I brought were now all outside of the pool and I was immediately scolded by this lady in the skirt. Saying that my kids need to be supervised. I let her know that I was asked to go back out and sign the waiver. As I was setting my stuff down and taking my clothes off, some of the boys went into the pool where the basketball hoop was. Before I could even get situated the lady in the skirt came over again and said that I need to be able to supervise the kids. I let her know that I was simply taking my clothes off that were covering my swim suit. Mind you none of the water is over 3ft 6 in and all the kids that in had with me are great swimmers all over the age of 10. There is kids running around with no adults in site of them. And even kids in the ‘adults’ hot tub. I specifically bought a swimming pass with plans on going in the hot tub while these kids play, had I known that I needed to be right on top of them watching them. I wouldn’t have bought a swimming pass. The life guard in the chair I guess is the referee of a basketball game that I’m already being forced to watch. I honestly cannot believe the service I received here tonight . Can happily say I will not be back and supporting this casino. I would have been better off taking the kids to a hotel swimming pool with no lifeguard on duty. Update I got kicked out of the pool by 6 security guards after asking to speak to a manger due to the fact we kept getting harassed. Service: 1

Was only here to see The Rocket Man Show so didn't experience rooms or any of the food except for the coffee bar. The coffee bar is unfortunately located right beside the doors to the smoking side of the casino. The staff at the box office and the events center were very friendly and helpful. Service: 5

Treasure Island Resort & Casino located on the Mississippi River southeast of Rosemount, MN, between Hastings and Red Wing, MN. Owned and operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community T.I. is one of three casinos located nearest the Twin Cities metro area.Completed in December of 2017, recent expansion and improvement have modernized Treasure Island, increasing the hotels capacity to 788 rooms. They have more than 2,200 slots, 44 table games, a 6-table poker room and a 550-seat high stakes bingo hall. Staff here is always courteous and go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience when you visit.The restaurants and buffet provide for both fine and casual dining. T.I. also The Lagoon water park and Wave Spa. Casino guest can take in a show with national entertainers in the 2,800-seat Island Event and Convention Center as well as the new spacious outdoor Treasure Island Amphitheater. Additional amenities include a 137-slip marina on the Mississippi River, a 95-site RV park, a 125-passenger cruise yacht and the "Island Xtreme Bowl", a 24-lane bowling center, arcade and lounge. T.I. is a fun casino and worth a visit if you want to do some gambling or take in a concert or stand up comedy.
