Went to Tree House Banani last night with my family for a small celebration, and the experience was honestly ruined by poor service. The seating area is way too congested. After spending time deciding what to order, the waiter told us the seafood platter was unavailable only after we tried to order it. Same thing happened with calamari later. Why hand out a menu if half the items aren’t available? Then came the real disaster: the main dishes were served before the appetizers (BBQ wings and calamari). When I canceled the appetizers out of frustration, another waiter still brought them. Who eats appetizers after mains? Common sense was missing completely. Tree House has a nice vibe and decent menu, but the incompetence of the staff killed the evening. With so many good options around Banani/Gulshan, I won’t be going back. Management seriously needs to fix service flow and communication.
