Atmosphere was nice. Inside chairs were a little firm because they were those. Weird square metal chairs. Lots of outside seating on park benches and such as well as trash containers outside. Pastries tasted really good and not too sweet. I got a white mocha latte, which was enjoyable. I watched the line, fill up for lunchtime and noticed that you should expect restaurant Wait times and not cafe wait times. I did not see any laziness from the employees merely that they were fairly busy for a tuesday lunch. From my observation, a lot of the ordering complaints were accurate on time. But not accurate on effort. Because everybody was really trying to get the food out in time. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

Went to the Tree Town Cafe for the first time today. My mom ordered two iced chai lattes and a panini. The panini was fine, but only one iced chai was made. The iced chai was TERRIBLE. Literally the WORST chai I’ve ever had. It was clearly just a powdered mix that had no taste and was over watered. I never return drinks but this time I had to. Since my chai was bad I just ordered two iced caramel lattes. These were better but nothing special. So if you’re the owner of this cafe please do not buy powdered chai. Buy some gallons from The Chai Guy instead. This whole trip ended up costing $40-$50 to have them remake new drinks, even though we never got our second chai. Not to mention the poor staff were overheating in the hot cafe. No AC, just some big fans. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50

Hi Sarah… we are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. We do not use powdered mix for our chai. Our amazing head barista makes our chai in house. It’s possible that the person making your drink did not stir the chai concentrate.
