Came from Columbus with some friends and took a shots bought some songs from the juxe box. We went outside to talk on the patio and not long after the waitress with the red hair came up to us and told us that this wasn’t a free hang out place. We were just talking, calm, minding our business so it caught us off guard. She don’t say it to any other table there and there were a few other tables of “groups” just hanging. So I guess if your not having tons if drinks on the table, you’re not welcome. I will say we were the only ethnic people outside so definitely felt profiled. Especially since we did consume there, if that really was the issue. Service: 1

Hello Jane,I am sorry that one of our servers came across in that manner. Our servers have a limited section of tables and count on people ordering from the server when they sit down at a table. She may have not known you ordered a shot at the bar and I am sorry for that. When people sit down at a table and do not order, it affects the servers ability to make money because of the limited section they have been given. I do apologize that you felt that way and appreciate you coming in and giving us a try.

I recently visited The Treehouse Brewery and overall had a pretty good experience. The ambience is really nice—comfortable, lively, and a great place to hang out. The drinks were actually quite good, and the variety they offer is impressive. Prices are also reasonable, which makes it a solid spot for a casual outing. However, the service could definitely be improved. It felt a bit unorganized and not as attentive as expected. If they work on that part, this place can easily be a top-notch brewery experience. Overall, I’d rate it 4/5. A good place to visit, with room for better service. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–50 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
