This is my second time coming here for breakfast, and unfortunately it will be my last. The service is simply too slow. It took far too long just for someone to take my order, and then another 30 minutes to bring out a yogurt bowl with fruit. At $10.95, that is far too expensive for such a simple item, especially considering the level of service. I would not recommend this establishment. It’s a shame, because the owner clearly invested a great deal into making the place look beautiful, but there seems to have been far less investment in staffing, service, and operational logistics. If you are going to position yourself as a higher-end establishment and charge accordingly, then the customer service, friendliness, and efficiency need to improve considerably. Slow and unfriendly service might be more understandable at a casual roadside fonda, but not here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: PAB 10–15

You are absolutely right that if we position ourselves as a higher-end café, our service, friendliness, and efficiency need to match that. We are currently understaffed, and mornings have been especially challenging due to a high demand of PedidosYa orders and phone orders.
