I recently celebrated my birthday with an afternoon tea at Trifecta, anticipating a memorable and enjoyable experience. Regrettably, the service did not meet expectations. I was required to light my own birthday candle, while other parties received assistance, and my inquiries regarding caviar and additional champagne were not addressed. Every guest deserves the same level of attentive service, particularly when paying for a premium experience.
