Today we ordered from Trinity View Restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. Despite Civil Homes being just a 5-minute walking distance and an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes, my order arrived after 1.5 hours. Delays can happen, but the real concern was the quality and hygiene of the food delivered. Except for the Chicken Biryani, every item was cold, soggy, and far from fresh — including the Crispy Corn Fry, Sausage Fry, Momo, Chicken Pizza, and Shanghai Chicken. The overall texture and temperature made it feel like the food had been sitting out for a long time. What’s worse, there was a wet, soggy tissue inside one of the plastic bags, which is an unacceptable hygiene and sanitation lapse for any restaurant. This raised serious concerns about how the food is handled and packed. Given the extremely delayed delivery, poor food quality, and alarming hygiene issue, my experience with Trinity View Restaurant was thoroughly unsatisfactory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their service and food handling standards.
