Just the facts: The rooms are not cleaned by the time of check-in. The sauna is not working. The water in the pool is cloudy. The rooms are COLD, the heated towel rail is COLD, the water in the tap is A LITTLE WARM. The radiator is A LITTLE WARM. The temperature outside is above zero and it’s spring, apparently the heating season at the Triumph Hotel is over. HOTEL FOR COUPLES FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY. GUESTS WITH CHILDREN HAVE NOTHING TO DO HERE. Among these four, the only thing I remember was the shark in the restaurant and the gorgeous cat living there (Maine Coon) The room sucks (I'll attach a photo) P. S. I'm from Sochi, we have better rooms in guest houses in Kurgorodok! And here **** it’s like walking to the stars for them. You can write about their disadvantages endlessly! We lived in a business.. (Please note the photo of the business*) I didn’t shoot it on purpose, and I didn’t intend to write a review. My phone crashed, let me think it will be useful to someone. The restaurant is ok, except that everything in this hotel was purchased at least 20 years ago, absolutely everything is antediluvian!!! The hammam and the swimming pools would have gone a long way, BUT the burning stench of bleach is simply unbearable! I don’t recommend it and the stars should be removed from such almshouses. Pleasant price tag, polite, friendly staff, breakfast forced us to use all possible self-control so as not to overeat) - very tasty and varied. Manul met him at the restaurant and even offered him a chance to scratch his neck. The pools are clean, there is a variety of hydromassages, and long opening hours. Now about the inconveniences - cool water and air in the pool (although it was -14°C outside), a non-working elevator, a lost reservation - however, there were plenty of rooms. In general, I will be happy to visit again and again. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
