I am extremely angry and disappointed with my experience at Caffè Trombetta. The food was good, but one male staff member, who appeared to be from Bangladesh, completely ruined the experience with his unbelievably rude and disrespectful behaviour. I was polite and did absolutely nothing to deserve the way he spoke to me. His attitude was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. What disappointed me even more was that he did not seem to show basic respect even towards his own colleagues. Good food means very little when customers are treated with this kind of attitude. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behaviour. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20
