Corn was just tossed in there. There was hardly any . My flatbread was all lettuce no chicken. My kale salad had old rotten apples. Horrible experience. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i bought my friend and i a couple smoothies, one of the ones we got was the avocadolada. normally that smoothie is creamy and tastes like avocado, however this time it tasted like lawn clippings and was not blended well. we went back inside to ask if we could exchange the smoothie and were met with a hostile attitude from the brunette girl working the counter (the blonde girl was nicer). the brunette girl rolled her eyes when we said the smoothie tasted bad and slammed the old smoothie into the trash after her manager said to make us a replacement. i understand the inconvenience but she could at least work on her hospitality skills. New to the area (from Pittsburgh, PA). Was so happy to find another Tropical Smoothie Cafe near me in TX! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The smoothies are sometimes too icy and lack flavor (I get the same one every time) but I’m gonna keep coming back lol. Also sometimes they don’t have the salsa for the quesadillas which is disappointing but not a deal breaker. I’m the Tropical Smoothie Cafe QUEEN!
