It is extremely cramped feeling inside and also the staff, especially the woman I assume is a manager is incredibly rude. I understand them being busy but even a "I'll be with you in a moment" would have sufficed, but instead this woman blatantly ignored my partner and I for nearly 5 minutes, shooting nasty looks the entire time as we patiently and silently stood in line. It was also very apparent that she was being rude to the man working alongside her, and he looked downright miserable even having to be around her. We also witnessed her take a tone with another customer who came in from the drive through with a complaint. My partner went back again today to grab a pickup order and apparently the worker there was rude to him for asking where he could grab it from. Going to try a different location because the smoothies are good, it's just the staff at this location seems to lack the ability to even return a smile. Highly recommend looking into the female manager there as every employee working with her looked genuinely uncomfortable even being around her. Seriously feel bad for and am still thinking about the way she treated her male coworker, in front of customers as well. Service: Dine in Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I enjoy this tropical smoothie a lot. They always greet me and as someone who was in the restaurant biz for 8 years, that’s important. Even if you’re busy, acknowledging someone’s presence goes miles. They are very nice and they answer all my questions. & omg Yasmine. She makes me feel SO IMPORTANT EVERY TIME I WALK IN. I adore her so much. Such a sweetheart. But honestly, I like them all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible. The wait was atrocious, I used to work at another tropical smoothie cafe and the way they make food at this location is bad. They forget sides, put orders in wrong, and forget sauces. They need to get new workers or switch something up.
