A recent experience at your establishment on July 27, 2024, at approximately 8 a.m. Upon arriving to pick up an online order, I encountered a staff member who rudely informed me that the store was still closed, despite the door being open. This inconsistency was confusing and frustrating. Until now, I have had no issues with your service over the past few months. However, this incident has led me to reconsider my future patronage.
