I had an outstanding experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, positive, and fast-paced in the best way possible. The team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing—which makes a huge difference. The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I also ordered food, and it was just as impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and served quickly even during a busy time. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff made sure everything was right, kept the line moving efficiently, and still took the time to be personable. It’s clear this location is well-managed and focused on delivering a great guest experience. The cafe itself was clean, organized, and had a great vibe. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick smoothie or a full meal, this place delivers consistently. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be back again soon! Just wanted to say this is very disturbing, and many people love to come here but when you have mold growing on the containers that people drinks come served out of you’ve really lost a loyal customer like me , I witness the you girl working the other night try her hardest to clean as she made everything but I sat in the place 35 mins just watching not one time did me and my family see a manager, when I went up to the counter there was mold on smoothie containers Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello Jazzy, We truly appreciate your loyalty. Rest assured we adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and use a restaurant required sanitization formula to be certain inside the blender cups are clean. Residue outside or under as in the picture is also continuously monitored and we replace cups as needed. In the picture you show the drive socket of the blade and undercarriage which never comes in contact with the contents of the container, this is underneath. This portion cannot be submerged in water because it would rust the blade assembly. This is the part that contacts the actual blender. However to be clear that part of the container never comes in contact with the ingredients that make our smoothies the best. We hope this more complete understanding of our process to wash, rinse and sanitize the interior of our containers gives you comfort.
