A huge thank you to the amazing team at Trópico 56 for making Scott’s birthday celebration unforgettable. Hosting a group of 30 is no small task, but everything was handled flawlessly—from organizing seating and managing our pre-paid guest list to the thoughtful cake service. Ale’s leadership truly stands out—calm, intuitive, and always anticipating what guests need. Issac provided exceptional, attentive service throughout, and Doña Cristina’s kitchen delivered beautifully presented, creative, and delicious dishes. The Coco & Camarón was a standout favorite, though the Teriyaki Noodles, Fish & Chips, and Shawarma Taco were equally excellent. Special thanks as well to Andy for fantastic cocktails.
