Sadly, their quality deteriorated over time. If you are a food connoisseur, you’d understand the difference. They used to serve authentic Thai food, unfortunately they have mixed it up with local taste. Been there several times, but not going back again. If you like budget friendly authentic thai food for 2-3 person, then Trouvaille is your place. They have a lot of option in their menu to choose from and each item is great. My personal fav are: - 1) Tom Yum Soup (Chicken): The soup is thick and flavorful. If you have a cold, then soup is perfect as a cure...due to spices and herbs...atleast it works for me. You can choose seafood option as well...its really good. Its like a warm hug on a rainy/cold day. 2) Prawn Roll: Really crispy and flavorfull. The green chutney is a killer. Goes great with every savory food. 3) Chicken Gyoza: Packed with chicken...and punch a lot a flavor. The dumpling skin is soft and silky. Eat it hot ASAP..with the soy and vinegar combo sauce. 4) Fried Chicken: Filled with a lot of flavor..crunchy and juicy. Don't miss out. 5) Seafood Fried Rice or Basil fried rice with chicken: This two are the best fried rice in town...you can eat as it is or goes well with the curry 6) Curry: If you like sweet flavor then choose chicken red curry...taste like korma with thai spices. If you like more savory taste then beef with basil leaf or chilli onion. The staff is friendly and atmosphere is relaxing. If you a small group of 3-4 person then Trouvaille is perfect for quantity and price. But if a huge crowd then you can choose Thai Emarald....both menus are the same almost and under the same company. The dessert is also good and at trouaville you can even choose the food from gusto if you dine in. Overall a great place to visit.
