It's almost as good as Anita's Kitchen on Woodward in Ferndale. However, Basha Grill in Dearborn Hts on Ford road west of Beechdaly is still the reining champ of Middle Eastern cuisine. Meal type: Lunch Recommended dishes: Chicken Shawarma, Grape Leaves, Beef Shawarma

The food was delicious, but I was quite disappointed with the service. To start off, the guy that was working was rather rude and acted annoyed that we chose to dine in. This restaurant seems like it is mostly carry out, and I understand that, but there was no reason to act bothered that we wanted to dine in. Additionally, it was off putting to be served food on a paper plate, with no real utensils. I have never seen a restaurant do this, and found it quite odd. They also, did not include the typical bread with garlic as complementary which was also odd. I can’t say I’ll be returning but at least the food was decent. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This food is so delicious and my mouth waters every time I come back! If you want some seriously good food, generous portions, at a fantastic price - Troy Kabob is IT!! Absolutely top notch flavor every time we come. Thank you for what you do!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend
