Best restaurant I went to in Spain, and that includes the places with actual Michelin stars. Just fantastic. The chefs take their work incredibly seriously, and the food benefits from it. I wouldn't be surprised if this has a Michelin star or two in a year or so. It's a small, tight menu. The pickles and melons are exquisite, as is the turbot. My girlfriend liked the steak tartar so much we went back a second time. If Trozo de Oso were in New York, we'd be in all the time. Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
