True Heart

Nestled on Daxue Rd. in New Taipei, True Heart offers a taste of Chinese cuisine with a focus on dishes suitable for both lunch and dinner. While the restaurant enjoys a spot on Tripadvisor, its presence in broader dining directories is minimal, leaving much of its charm to be discovered by local patrons.

Previous visitors praised the diverse range of dishes that blend traditional flavors with subtle adaptations to suit local tastes. However, some found service to be inconsistent, pointing out issues like inattentiveness during meals. Feedback from eight years ago suggests diners have been generally satisfied with the food despite occasional service setbacks.

Currently, True Heart operates daily with lunchtime hours between 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Due to the lack of updated guest reviews or official updates from the owners, prospect diners might wish to visit themselves to form their own opinions.
