The coffee was decent – nothing exceptional but good enough for a casual visit. However, the pastries were decent, but not impressive. The ambiance is nice. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, but the portions were surprisingly small, especially given the steep prices. The quality didn’t quite justify the cost, and I left feeling like I didn’t get my money’s worth. This place needs a new manager! The service is terrible, there is a lot of staff that have no idea what they are doing. I went in and ordered a cake from the display at the bar, paid then was told to wait at the table. I waited for 20 minutes then they came and told me there is no more cake because they sold it twice. Then they role me to choose something else (there was only one other cake left on display, probably already sold multiple times already). I asked for my money back, they gave me the wrong amount and seemed very annoyed when I told them to do the math one more time. In front of me there was another group that didn’t get their full order but was charged for things they didn’t even ordered instead. Pure chaos and bad service, in a location that seemed nice and had the potential to be a good place. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
