This place is such a gem to have downtown Tryon! There are lots of drink options available, from smoothies to protein shakes, teas, and other health-boosted drinks and products like protein powders and protein bars. The owner is very knowledgeable about the different products and can help you find your ideal drink or products based on your goals. The good Wi-fi is also a huge bonus! Refreshing energy teas are super hydrating and what I like best are the meal. replacement protein shakes after my workouts - 24g protein, 21 vitamins & minerals, 6g of fiber and only 200-300 calories! With flavors like Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake and White Chocolate Raspberry, choosing healthy never tasted so good! This place has such a cool vibe, you can also buy crystals!
