I visited around noon on a weekday, and the place was completely packed. Luckily, I arrived right as some customers were leaving, so I managed to get a seat without a wait. The shop had that lively, bustling energy you’d expect during the lunch rush. On this visit, I ordered: Chashu-men (Roasted Pork Ramen): ¥900 The soup has a well-balanced profile—while the saltiness is distinct and clear, the mellowness of the pork bone broth rounds it out beautifully. It’s neither too heavy nor too light, making it very easy to keep drinking until the last drop. The noodles have the classic feel of old-school Chinese noodles, offering a nostalgic flavor that pairs reliably well with the soup. The star of the show, the chashu, is thoroughly seared, giving it a wonderful smoky aroma and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The way it just falls apart in your mouth makes this a truly satisfying bowl of ramen. It was a classic, straightforward ramen that was simply delicious. Thank you for the meal!
