My first visit to Tsubohachi Izakaya in Rumoi was during the farewell party for Hidaka-sensei, and it immediately left a great impression. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it perfect for celebrating with colleagues and friends. The food was delicious, with a wide selection of izakaya favorites that were both satisfying and comforting. I particularly enjoyed the variety of skewers and the fresh seafood dishes, which were a real treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the warm, inviting vibe of the place. Overall, it was a memorable evening filled with laughter, good food, and meaningful farewells.
