Japantown (San Jose) is a must to visit after wonderful meals at this restaurant. If you want to try Japanese food, get your chance and visit Tsugaru. This place guarantees you good nigiri, sashimi and salmon. It's nice to taste delicious tea.
This spot is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This restaurant was rated on Trip, it received 4.5.

I'm sad that I found out my fav japanese restaurant closed this year, but I'm happy that I went there often after my classes finish. I miss dragon roll because it is my fav sushi. Also tonkastu is my fav lunch!

Overall comments: tl;dr: The bento has really large portions. Eat at your own risk xD. Went to japan town for lunch to a restaurant named tsugaru Japanese restaurant with bulgogi and galbi as menu items. I'm curious to order this next time. Ordered the three item bento and after eating it, didn't need to eat for the next two regularly scheduled meals. Maybe they just serve really healthy food? so they're at least doing something for obesity. It'd be better if they served smaller portions and charge less for lunch, but at least the value you get isn't bad. Might be okay for dinner. Dishes: Chicken teriyaki - nothing special Sashimi - nothing special Tempura - okay Dining Details: 2 lunch 15 Venue: Watch out for metered parking traps around here Service: Service was quick
