This restaurant serves kuma hotpot (reservation for Kuma is required). The owner was nice and the food was delicious. Despite that the owner doesn't speak English, communication was not an issue with translation service. And there were part-time staffs from Tohoku university that speak English. They were very helpful. The content of the set is not fixed and so is the price, please check the price with the owner in advance. The owner included karasumi in my set. There is also karasumi in Taiwan. I ate it with the apple in the set, which is a Taiwanese way of eating karasumi. I wore my Taiwanese Black Bear clothes to try kuma. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
