It was delicious! We came on a winter day in December, so we didn’t have to wait. However, the place was PACKED! The food came quickly, but we did take a long time to order, because the system was slightly complicated. Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I traveled to Kyoto in September and stayed at TABITABI B&B. When I passed by Tsurara, I saw the exquisite fruit ice and couldn’t help but go in and taste it! It’s great to be able to experience the taste of local fruits and ingredients in summer! The most grateful thing is the staff in the store, because I actually forgot my bag (with my passport inside) in the storage basket. When I remembered, it was already 7:30 pm and the store had closed, but it was really hard for the store staff to help me put the bag away. and passport to the police station. I was able to recover my lost items. I am really grateful to the kind-hearted Tsurara clerk
