Restaurante situado en Incheon , barrio-ciudad cercana a Seúl , esta pegando al barrio chino , un local modernito y sencillo A este también iba a tiro hecho como el resto, a por el guiso de costillas con fideos , el guiso te dan a elegir el nivel de picante del 1 al 5 , yo cogí el 3 y la verdad que si que picaba un poco. El plato es sencillo, unas costillas guisadas con fideos , setas enoki , tteotboki , algunas verduras y sésamo , una salsa bastante sabrosa y rica Se acompaña de 6 banchan , el clásico maíz con queso caliente , cebolla , kimchi etc Para terminar me invitaron a un heladito de nata para rebajar el picor de la boca , muy amables.
