Tuchlauben is pretty near Otto Wagner Hofpavillon Hietzing. From the guests' point of view, the staff is unpleasant here. A number of people mention that the service is terrific. But this restaurant is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I was totally shocked today because of the employee there... or maybe the boss there, who knows?! I paid all the time by card & i have the proof on my online banking, all payments to Kandit Handels. Today i ordered 2 types of ice cream and i asked as usual to pay by card. He just said i don't have this option. I had no cash with me & i said this, and i said suprised that it was never a problem to pay with the card there. I can also say it was always the same person, no new employee or anything. He took the paper cup with ice cream from me and said: next time. Is this person serious?! How on earth is he imagining will Ever be a next time there???!!! Even if this would be the only place with ice cream on earth, or if there would be the best ice cream posible, NEVER AGAIN!!! Price per person: €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
