My first time visiting this food truck was 8/4/2026. My daughter had been there a day or two prior & she wanted me to get some more food for her. I didn't know that it was a food truck until I pulled up into the parking lot which shares the majority of the space with a Auto Shop business so parking was kind of tight & limited. My daughter wanted the Birria Ramen this time around. The last food she got was a burrito (looks like that in the attached photo) and she told me that they sell cactus (to eat not plant ). In any case I placed the order got a little food buzzer to let me know when the food was ready and although the buzzer didn't go off the lady brought the order to my car and I appreciate that. Apparently Springfield's tax is 9% which is bonkers so although the base amount was $9.99 with tax it was $11.53. It was a lot of food in that container and although it was for my daughter she let me taste it and it was delicious!!!! I highly suggest that you go check them out!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tuka Tacos man great prices the servings are great and the staff is chill what more could you ask for whenever you're in Springfield Missouri you gotta stop here 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
