Just now went in there to get 6 cheese pastelitos and 10$ worth of chicharrones, the “ mi amor lady charged 36$ and I gave her a tip for being so miserable. I got my whole fam to order from them in the last few years ( pastelitos, picaduras y comida of all types) sometimes to be surprised by their prices but all good because we liked the clean flavor.. this time they practically called me a fool in my face I will make sure I never order from here again Service: 1

Ordered the food in English online with a credit card. A few minutes later I received a call from a female in Spanish saying something because I don't speak Spanish. I drive 15 minutes to get the food for the order to be cancelled. My phone says the, "order is ready." When I get there dude said they called. They never said to me an item was out of stock, and that my order was being cancelled. They lost a valuable customer. And now 20 minutes later I had to cancel my order through the food app. They weren't even going to cancel my order if I didn't. SCUMBAGS! Atmosphere: 1
