We want to share with you our recent experience at Tulip, where we organized a family event. Unfortunately, this experience was not as expected, and we would like to offer our constructive feedback in the hope that it will help improve our services. Service:** I experienced difficulties with the promptness of the service and the attentiveness of the staff. Although we had a reservation made well in advance, we found that we had to wait a long time to receive the order. Communication with the staff was poor and we did not feel that our requests were taken seriously. The food was brought to the table cold and some dishes were not up to the expected standards. This negatively affected the guest experience and the overall atmosphere of the event We believe Tulip has the potential to become a landmark event venue, but some key improvements are needed in terms of: 1. Waiting time and service promptness 2. The quality and temperature of the preparations 3. Adjusting the ambience to create a pleasant atmosphere We urge management to consider these aspects to improve the experience of future events. Thanks for your understanding and we hope this review helps make the necessary changes.
